As of the new understanding of reality, I came to the realization that there is nothing and nobody to heal for me in individual sessions.

As of my vast energetic presence and the nature of my origin, it is impossible for me to project into other energy fields any longer.

The same holds for the crank up and Buteyko. I just keep it in for purpose of remembrance.
